In January the Zapatistas celebrated the 25th anniversary of their uprising.
None the less and in a new heat the zapatistas movements being threatened from governmental repression and capitalistic mega projects. Internationalism and practical solidarity are more important than ever. At the same time message of the Zapatistas from the emancipated movement in the global north announced: It is also our duty to push forth the organization in the “heart of the beast”.
As the Nazis burned down the houses of our friends and war, exploitation and destruction made life in the world more dangerous; it often seems as if we would focus just on ourselves or that we would want to crawl on our bubble. But in a world of isolation, separation and individualization it is truly revolutionary to come together and to build trust among each other.
That´s why we are making a camp: for you, for us, for a good life, the morality, the fun and the fight!
We fight as many others do for hope whether through Fridays For Future, #Wirsindmehr, Ende Gelände, Welcome United, in Hambacher Forest, G20, on the 8th of March, at One Billion Rising in the ZAD, in Bure, Rojava, Oaxaca or Guerrero. During a day at work or on the streets. For the dignity, against the patriarchy and the neoliberal capitalism.
We are all a part of a global transformation process. Although we might stand at different points: what unites us is the organization as simple people from left and below to harvest hope and connection, where others sew hate and war.
Together with you we want to let the connections become visible and stronger. We need resistance, structure and networks of solidarity. We need strategies to build an anti-capitalistic and anti-patriarchic alternative- for the complete social transition. Where we live, we have to cultivate alternatives and to defend that what we already have achieved.
We can only overcome capitalism when we stop ourselves from acting in capitalistic ways: So, Let’s go! Come in plenty and let’s grow with another. Let us share experiences, discuss, learn together, respect each other, practice critic, continuing to connect among each other, forge doable plans together, celebrate and dance together. To overcome the fear. Let’s be resistant and spread rebellious cheer.
